"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

our little wise owl~

once upon a time
there were two people
who lived far away from eachother

somehow
in this great land of blogville
they just so happen to stumble upon
 ONE
another

immediately they connected
started forming a bond
days went by
and quickly a friendship had bloomed

one prosed to another
suggesting a trade

one thought to herself what shall i give or have to offer

time passed one still not so sure
as this here
has quite some amazing talent that she beholds

and then the day came
when one saw what the other
had just newly started creating
ones heart skipped a beat

ok...one thought
i must have something good to offer
as she is the one who suggested at first
so she wrote to her
asking if the offer still remained
the answer was yes
but it came along with task...she has requested one create something special...something one hasn't done before...so time is what one needs...to complete such  gift...when finished
i shall share with you my exchange

yesterday there came a little
hoot~hoot
somewhere outside
 i opened our door
to see who was calling

look who was awaiting
to present herself
and be welcomed to her new home

one beautiful artist
beholds such a magical little mind
not only does she paint ever so enchanting
she is always crafting exquisite little bits
and now just started
creating these here adorable little owls

~Matilda~
the wise one

has flown many miles
safely arriving
and graciously chosen to stay with us here

and to my surprise
i said it more than once
so shall i say it again

i don't think i have ever met
so many gracious generous friends
than the ones who reside
in this land of blog

another package was waiting beneath
our owl matilda

are these not beautiful tags

handcrafted by thee

...sigh...

i do adore me some gorgeous paper

OH MY GOODNESS

there waiting with those tags
were
exquisite prints made into cards

she swang into my heart the first time i saw her
filling my mind
of years long ago
memories came swirling back

I L♥VE THIS PRINT

gentle
whispering
shady green
it was everything

and it truly was

i got lost in this picture when i saw it for the first
and i do once more as i hold it in my hand

my dream
was beckoning
to find
the door

powerful words that she had found

i could share so much more
but i think the best way to experience
such a beautiful soul
is to
paint "yourself" pretty
and
 for a visit

your heart is true and pure of gold
your mind beholds mystery and magic
and your hands create such sweet enchanting pieces

pieces
 i will honor and savor
and
treasure just so
thank you my dear sweet friend

maybe an owl may fly home to you???

Many people don't believe that wonderful friendships can be created online, but often some extremely special ones are formed. I am very happy for you and your friend. And I am very happy for you and those gorgeous treasures. Oh my! Oh my! And that magical path with the dangling keys! I just want to gaze at it and gaze at it.

Have a beautiful weekend with you and yours! Hugs.
