pumpkin spice breve and 3 gift winners~

my husband had this grand thought on saturday

him: "since we ran outta coffee why not quit"

me: uuummm...ok if thats what you want to do?

come tuesday i was done for

i had been walking around as if in a trance

i was a zombie if there was one

by ten o' clock yesterday morning

i was on my last leg

i got my wee littles in the car

and oh yes

coffee here i come!!!

i called him and said happily

"i caved...me and no coffee...just doesn't work"

now mind you...i hadn't had coffee in what felt like a lifetime

so i couldn't just go for a plain cup of joe

oh no...a pumpkin spice breve

aaahhh

most divine for me

i know i know

enough already with the coffee and announce those winners!!!

c is for carrot cake~

when i bake

i usually take the long road

ingrediant by ingrediant

one wee little remember is learning his alphabet

C is for CARROT CAKE

i had already made banana muffins

so i decided in my favor i would cheat a little

while baking with him

one box bettys butter yellow cake mix

add all ingrediants listed in the box

3 carrots grated

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp fresh grated nutmeg

mix together scoop into mini muffins tins bake

EAT

i have to say this was one quick

 carrot cake mini muffin way

oh and they say it is tasty too

we will be drawing names tonight

and posting the

3 gifts winners tomorrow
