"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

will you walk with me~

for many when they step outside

this is all their eyes may see

 for me
i look through that big colorful tree

i walk a step closer

excited i become
simply by how the light
has chosen to shine its rays upon such

i can feel the warmth beneath

life over head

its mere presence seems to engulf me

life still thriving when one is to be dying

it is not just leaves getting ready for their departure

i do not see it as their last goodbye

their final farewell

but as a gift

a
GIFT
 to each who will stop
LOOK

and see beyond that a big ol' tree

to give of yourself just a moment in time

as it has worked so hard to do

so many unrecognized gifts

merely becaus one won't stop to see

on this day open your eyes

step a little closer

awaken your mind

invigorate your spirit

stimulate your soul that may be laying dormat

entice your senses

gather the strength it ever so wants to give

collect the l♥ve it is trying so hard for you to feel

rekindle in a stolen minute of silence

allow your true self to glisten

in a day or so
for many of us
tis a new year

welcoming all the possibilites
 waiting
to be in our lives

connecting with l♥ved ones passed
remembering where our roots lay
deep and intertining

it is releasing the past
of what once was

refueling our energy
becoming anew

to each of you
reguardless of what you chose to celebrate

~my wish for you always and this day~

are minutes and moments freed from pain
only light shining brightly upon you
l♥ve forever fillling your heart
a mind always at ease
no matter where your path may lead
walk with strength and a head held high
remember to honor yourself and your spirit
be true to thine self
and chose to forever live in the now

and so i leave you with samhain blessings
and a song to sing throughout the day

Gorgeous post sweetie,
The colour of Autumn leaves are always beautiful and your photos are stunning with the sun shinning through them!
Do you like the song 'Ramble On' by Led Zepp?
It is my favourite and the perfect Autumn song.
Sorry about my posts popping up everywhere, it just seems to happen when I edit things! :-)
Autumn blessings and love.

Such an awesome reminder of the rich and awesome beauty of this wondrous season. We've been away for a few days and drove back this afternoon, heralded all the way by rich banks of billowing golden 'flames', as the trees smouldered and burned in all their magnificance. What a spectacle it is to see this amazing crescendo before the seemingly bare, stark days of winter... yet all is necessary and precious... their glorious sacrifice the means for new birth and fresh growth.
Thank you for continuing to encourage us so generously to reflect and celebrate too.
Much love and many blessings, my sweet Faer Willow
xxxx

What beautiful reflections you've given us today. And it is so true. I see so much more when I gaze upon trees and their leaves. I wish others would do that more often, too. Many blessings to you as well. xoxo Theresa

I appreciate the wise and thoughtful words....the reminder to be still, reflect and count our many blessings!

May all your happy times be more numerous than those falling leaves and ever replenished like their buds in Spring :)
