if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

how life can change~

feb. 2

this morning i sit here
trying to type and share with you all

my saturday morning
took a unexpected turn in my road

i started feeling faint
tingling on my left side
sick to my stomch

after trying to shake it off for awhile
i had my husband take me  into the er

long story short
all my pain for the last few years
the problem was found

pulmonary embolism

or otherwise known as blood clots

after hours of tests
they finally did a lung and throat cat scan
and it showed both my lungs
have blood clots lining the outer parts

so here i am after a four day adventure and stay
my life and how i once lived
will and has all been changed

i will be on blood thinners for the first six months
and then retested to see if this it is short term
or a life long event for me

i am sorry this is short
but very tired my friends
just thought i would share
as many have asked if i was ok

i thank you all
for your kindness support and blessings
and apologize i will not be around
 to visit quite yet
as i once did before
as time i need to get back to feeling myself

~i wish you all a wonderful day ahead~

Thank the Goddess that at least now they know what the problem is and can treat it! I know it's a serious condition but untreated, it's even more serious. So I'm glad you've been diagnosed and will be on blood thinners. Hugs to you -- rest and take it easy -- be gentle with yourself.

Sweetheart, I've had a busy week and just stopped by and found your message here. I'm so sorry, you must be feeling so many strong emotions mixed in with the fatigue and physical discomfort. As a mother of young children, and a human in general, I imaging fear is present, and a longing for good health and life as you knew before you started to feel unwell an before this diagnosis. Perhaps I am projecting a bit, I know that is how I felt when I was dx'd with different dis-eases over the years.

Rest well swell sweet friend. I offer these metta blessings to you, they help me when I am feeling frightened, exhausted, ill:

May you feel safe.
May you feel happy.
May you feel healthy and strong.
May you live with peace and ease one precious breath at a time.

I'll be holding you in my heart in my daily healing prayers. Know that you can write to me privately any time when you have the energy, and if you just want to connect.
xo

My dear friend,
I was just thinking of you last evening, it is funny, but that is how my gift works sometimes. Something will be going on with a person, and they will pop into my head, usually with the question, "are they ok?" Now I know why, as I wasn't doing anything that under normal conditions would have made me think of you. I will say in my experience it has always worked out to be good in the end. so take that however you wish to.

PE's can be fatal, even just one. a lot of times they were have no choice but to surgically remove them, since you have many is that something the doctors are thinking of. Did they say how a gal as young as yourself ended it up with so many? Often times a woman will get them after some form of surgery below the chest... I know you had your GB out but that is high for what I am talking about, usually intestines or womanly parts or legs etc. When I had my knee replaced, I kept getting pain behind the knee, they USed my legs 4 times before I went home just to make sure I didn't have one. (the pain continued for months and became a burning sensation that went all the way down into my foot...that is how they found out I had Lumbar spinal stenosis.

At any rate, please, PLEASE go to the nearest BIG CITY to get a second opinion when you are feeling a little better.
NOTE: know this, for PE's the gold standard of imaging tests is NOT a CT scan, it is a Nuclear medicine scan called a VQ scan. I highly recommend you push for one once feeling a little better and your fear level is down, as a Medical imaging Tech, this is what I would have you do if you were a family member, seriously!!

My love and light are with you, sending healing positive energy your way!! Susan

and a healing prayer:

Goddess of the Earth,
Mother of all.
Hold and comfort FaerWillow
and let her not fall.
Be for her, a strong heart beating
as right now her strength is fleeting.
Be for her children
an imagination of fun
so they will be busy
and bother her none.
Bring healing and knowledge
to those of her care
and right by her side
be with them there.

God of the Sky,
Father of all.
Be a rock for faerWillow's love
so he stands steadfast and tall.
Allow extra energy and time
so home and children can stay in line.
Take away his fear, he can not afford it
He needs to be the voice of comfort,
positive thoughts and words of wit.

Goddess of the Earth, mother of all.
God of the sky, Father of all.
I am reaching out to you,
Please heed my call!

Oh sweet, beautiful woman. I can only imagine the mixed feelings you are having at this time. Relief to have an answer, and well...so many others with what that answer brings. Please try to remain strong and positive minded, but don't wall your emotions up. Cry when you need to, and of course laugh and still shake those hips and listen to the chime your dance sings.

I, like so many others, will be sending healing blessings in your direction. As well as speaking to the trees and the other plants whose slumber is drifting ever lighter, asking them to carry their healing song up to you.

Love, hugs, and sparkly moonbeams.

sweetness~ I am so sorry to see this post and that you are facing health challenges. I am a terrible blogging buddy, with limited time to check on my favorites so I didn't know. I will have to google and read about this, my mind won't rest unless I understand. I pray the blood thinners will give you comfort and perhaps shrink the tumors? Follow all the doctors orders and REALLY take care of yourself. Not the pretend take care of yourself that most of us do! Sending you love and get well wishes galore, imagine a plate of the prettiest tea cakes iced in white with pale blue swirls on top and a cup of your favorite tea...I send these to make your day brighter, to let you know I'm thinking of you!
