"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

a new day~

“Another fresh new year is here . . .
Another year to live!
To banish worry,
doubt, and fear,
To love and laugh and give!

This bright new year is given me
To live each day with zest . . .
To daily grow and try to be
My highest and my best!

I have the opportunity
Once more to right some wrongs,
To pray for peace,
 to plant a tree,
And sing more joyful songs!”

~HAPPY NEW YEAR~

it is so cold here

a few days back it snowed
it melted
then little pellets of white came down

it is still here
as our temps are just bone chilling as of late

frost has covered everything
creating a glistening white oasis to be seen

i almost think i may like this here frost
 better than snow
it looks as if everything has been
sprinkled with little sugar crystals
really a beautiful sight to see

as we are into the start of our new year
here in my life
the fun has already began!!!

one car
all the fluids froze
car...run no more

one tooth
broke in half

one love
blessed with a speeding ticket
yesterday

one blog account
completely full
can no longer upload pictures
by creating a new folder
must purchase more storage

anyone have a suggesstion reguarding photo storage for our blogs
is there any other options
besides deleting photos and in turn losing them from my blog
or purchasing more space

anyone anyone
would love to know if you have a trick up your sleeve

am i down
because we have rung in the new year
with a bang

nah

it just wouldn't be right
if all went perfect
hehehe

tis life
and it will always be one heck of a ride

so today
one foot in front of the other
and the words above
carried in my pocket

its a new day
a new start
and so so much waiting to come be

One foot in front of the other....such a simple sentence but one I need to hear quite often. I get caught up in things and forget to remember .... one foot in front of the other.

I need to tattoo this on me.

Ahhh... friend, I have these times, too. I am so glad you have such a wonderful spirit and know that you can laugh it off. So much happens at once with out the slowness of now, so take time for a respite, a reverance of some sort to balance the spin. Just surround yourself with the slow of what you love...the centeredness of good thinking and quiet. This is the only thing that gets my spin back on point. I send blessings and joy. Glad to know your light.

Well, hmmmm...didn't know about the blog thingy but I do know you can have more than one chapter or page on blogs...not sure how that works either, lol. I'm techno challenged.

Sounds like you got some first of the year snafu's out of the way and you should be good to go, thankfully, eh? But broken tooth cannot be feeling too good, ouch!

Do some cleansing and keep the one foot in front of the other going and I'll send up a prayer too!

It's bone cold here today...but the sun is shining brightly so I'm going to venture out I think...going to enjoy it while I can!

Blessings Dear One and Hang In There! :)
All My Love!

I knew about the pictures and although I am not even near my quota, I go through every once in awhile searching for pics to delete...such as old headers or side pics. One thing I have noticed and I don't know how it happens is that sometimes I find 3 or more of the same photo on the album. That takes up space, so I delete the extras. Of course, I am still quite the bloggy nerd. Sorry to hear about the broken tooth and ticket. Wishing you well.

one foot in front of the other is exactly how it's done anyone who says different is forgetting to mention step one.

I hope your tooth is fixed soon and your vehicle is up and running and that the frost continues to bring beauty to the view outside your window

my advice would be to go and ask the bestest bloggy knowledge person I know Susie Jefferson http://1stfloorflat.blogspot.com/2010/12/happy-new-year.html/

She is so kind and fun and has most all of what we ever wanted to know on one of her tutorials and (get this) she will even take time to answer you questions......I was so thrilled when she helped me. I love her otherwise I would not suggest it.

Bad start........good finish. Besides without the fire to refine us our gold would not sparkle as much. sorry for your bumps in the life road, you'll persevere I know.

Happy New Year! Sometimes I feel a little sad or lost after the new ring comes in. There is so much excitement and magic during the holidays and then it is gone. But it's important to find magic in new things - such as a lovely snowfall or doing something creative...anything! :) I'm sorry about the photo issue - I'm not sure how to assist. I haven't had this problem arise, so I am unsure as to how to help. I hope you find a solution soon! Theresa

oh, sounds like a bit of a rough start to the new year. Didn't know about the photo cap either. Hmm, not cool. Hope next week warms your heart and soul back up.

If your land is sprinkled with crystals of sugar... can I fly over and build a nest there? (^_^)

Sounds to me that your beginning is coming in colors already, and who needs a world with none??! Here's to endless possibilities and a huge spectrum of colors in 2011, dear friend...

PS: The photo problem? Tried linking them to other online storage like Photobucket, perhaps?
