c is for carrot cake~

when i bake

i usually take the long road

ingrediant by ingrediant

one wee little remember is learning his alphabet

C is for CARROT CAKE

i had already made banana muffins

so i decided in my favor i would cheat a little

while baking with him

one box bettys butter yellow cake mix

add all ingrediants listed in the box

3 carrots grated

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp fresh grated nutmeg

mix together scoop into mini muffins tins bake

EAT

i have to say this was one quick

 carrot cake mini muffin way

oh and they say it is tasty too

we will be drawing names tonight

and posting the
