I love the quote Brandi, I think that should go for all we do. Thank you for your desire to share, you often give me cause to stop and ponder.
Such a beautiful quote. I love it. Writing has always been healing for me. Have kept a journal for more years than I can remember.

I love the quiet of morning, cup of coffee and soft lamp light~~~the only sound is the pen scratching across the paper of my journal.
Life is so good in those moments.

exactly so. I was WRITING to a friend in an email this morning, a Gospel singer who feels inhibited about writing: Writing the same as singing; just open your heart through your fingers and type out your song. Fear of exposure is common among creative people and yet that is exactly what we are here to do, to be. We are here to be seen, heard, to reveal through our frail, fractured, imperfections our beauty born of Divinity.
Our stories are precious gifts, to hold them inside is to deny others glimpses of themselves...we are mirrors for each other...so we must write, sing, paint, dance...express our essence...the essence of everything wants to connect with its own ONEness.
Keep writing dear Brandi, keep writing.
Beautiful quote. I write only on my blog. I used to keep a personal journal but I stopped years ago. Sometimes I will bust out a notebook and write my stuff down but I usually end up using it as a spell of sorts and burning it. When I stop blogging I always start to get a little more crazier than usual. I have this innate need to make people giggle. I've even had someone tell me I'm their guilty pleasure! ahahaha!
I think Laura said it absolutely perfectly!
And You Dear Brandi are a wonderful writer! :)
I'm so happy that you do!
...and you are an artist...creating with words, photos, soft yarn and hard clay.....everything...
...and touching our hearts and minds in the process :)
Beautiful writing in the book. Great post, thoughts of a writer, we are a special breed. I like us. We are filled with the moments of life, we see in words.
