"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

tea leaf fortune cards~

MASK

for those of you who called this one
you were right

we were reading about the artic
and my first thought was snow...

mask wasn't even a thought until later in the story!

"I have always believed and still believe,
that whatever good or bad fortune
may come our way
we can always give it meaning
transform it into something of value"
hermann hesse

a gift...from my parents

a beautiful boxed set

a book to teach and guide one along

a delicate bag to place your cards in
{only if you wish}

i prefer touching them
feeling them
and allowing cards to naturally come forth

one wee little exclaims

"look mama...your own fortune telling hat"

he took out the bag and placed it on his head

"now tell me...tell me...
what fortune do you wish to be read"

sometimes...he is too much!

the pictures represented on each
are simply exquisite

the backs are easily marked
so no confusing be had

a glimpse

it was all of me to wait till i got home

i ran to my room
silenced
as i began to read

i decided upon
a full year spread
as this is what they encourage the first time around

pleased am i
with how these cards
resonated with me

as for my year spread
it starts of better than i could wish it to be
i will share more of that in the future

Thank you all for your lovely comments. I'm glad I was able to translate the nearly 600 symbols that are used in tea leaf reading into a deck that is easy to use and that people enjoy. I don't have to tell you how good that makes me feel.

Regards,
Rae Hepburn

Those are gorgeous cards! When I unboxed some of my treasures that were boxed up from the old house, I forgot that I had a nice collection of tarot cards and affirmation cards. Now I have them all out where I can see them!
