"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

maiden...mother march moon~

storm moon, crow moon, seed moon
moon of winds, worm moon, sap moon
lenting moon, moon of the snow blind

just a few of MARCH'S names to be had

have you ever
sat & watched a child get lost in play
indulging in the wild thoughts of their imagination

we all have an inner child
it resides within within us
it has always been apart of us
our inner child walks with us each day
though usually being tucked deep down
far away from our normal day to day
its the part of us in which our hopes & dreams
our raw untamed emotions become scattered
when we act without inhibitions
when we lack restraint
its when our willingness & vulnerable
 habits rise to the surface
& bubble over into a beautiful mess
it is when we allow ourselves
to freely express who we are
be that person...be just as we are

sad so many are taught so young
to hide this part

I SAY

let.your.inner.child.be

free this day
embrace the carelessness
act without reservations
dipple and dapple
go play in the rain
get dirty
or dance in the sunshine
soak up the rays
as you once did long ago
twirling round and round
till you fell to the ground
and laughed so hard
because you could

no longer maiden

mother i am

my cycles in sync
 with her waxing
growing full bloom

this was a rare opportunity
i usually miss her in this phase

she made me think of my maiden days

life was good...life was free
no commitments
or schedules
just me as i was
life was good...life was different

i moved into a new long ago
shifted my role

life is good...life is different

as for today

i am reminded of
thinking so
as it really has been far too long
my inner child has been kept locked up

mother i am
but
maiden i shall be

I think that we can always access Maiden energy, Mother energy and Crone energy, no matter what stage of life we're in.

beauty in sentiments... shared with your friends.

my child likes to hold hands with my crone. they do a merry if wobbly dance all the same. ;)
