so far backwards
trying one step at a time to get back on track
many wonderful bits and pieces have come my way
due to the holidays not feeling well
and no more photo storage space
i am quite behind on sharing
such beautiful artist with you
remember
jewelry challege i took part in
well this here little lady
bestowed a beautiful package upon me
inside ever so delicate gorgeous pieces
sigh...i simply l♥ve this wee little nest
♥s to signify that l♥ve is always around us
divine vintage ribbon
and lace
romantically sweet strand of pearls
brass bits...
i am starting to wonder if she is silently saying
try try again
if anything
i feel i should have been the one
sending forth a gift to thee
for creating a challenge that had me
attempt to try to create a piece
that probably would never have come to be
if it hadn't been for my dear friend
i
♥
each and every piece
and
thank you greatly for such a precious package
you sent my way

the greatest gift
is not found in a store nor under a tree,
but in the hearts of true friends.”

Such a happy surprise...I am always amazed and pleased in witnessing the gratitude of one person towards another, or for the blessings of life and how this connection that is not at all directly related to me STILL opens up my heart wider...Mudita? Thank you for your kind words over at my blog this morning.
bright blessings

In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.

That quote you opened with is pretty special too, and oh so true. We certainly owe it to ourselves to find and cherish our gifts. Good call.
