“I expect to pass through this world but once;
any good thing therefore that I can do,
or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature,
let me do it now;
let me not defer or neglect it,
for I shall not pass this way again.”

called for making a

“Remember there's no such thing as a small act of kindness.
Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.”
Scott Adams
such a wonderful thought
especially during a time
when so many of us are caught up in the hustle and bustle
to stop for a moment
at some point through out our day
and honor one of our loves
“Do not be afraid of showing your affection.
Be warm and tender, thoughtful and affectionate.
Men are more helped by sympathy, than by service;
love is more than money,
and a kind word will give more pleasure than a present.”
John Lubbock

To share, the wonders of love and kindness and making it family time is the wisest investment parents, grandparents can make. Much more than boxes filled with things......time filled with memory making joy are the best gifts of life. The Olde Bagg, Linda
Thanks for sharing this with us dear one.
What a beautiful, beautiful idea to help everyone pause in the business of the holidays to recognize the true magick that we give and receive. I think I'm going to make one for myself and when I feel happy about something write the experiences down on a piece of paper and then when I'm feeling really down open one at a time. Thank you for this idea, Faerwillow :)
What a beautiful tradition to start!
What a wonderful tradition. I'd like to start this one.

This is really a lovely tradition to start...and a wonderful way to teach children the true majick of love, and giving and receiving.
One might find one of these boxes creeping under my tree or on my altar this year. :)
