i have been making these flowers for some time
adorning gifts and cards
making little boxes that carry treats
something my hands can do in a few quiet minutes
but these little flowers
i just discovered the how to do's
just a little piece of of what i do in my quiet time!

Origami is such a lovely way to calm the mind and focus. I'm sure the art form was designed for meditation. Just like creating a sand mandala or a Zen garden. Your paper creations are lovely. I would like to learn the art of paper folding.
