"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

savoring seeds~

Whether you tend a garden or not,
 you are the gardener
 of
your own being,
the
SEED
of
your destiny.

as much as i
L♥VE
when all our flowers are in bloom

i marvel more
in their gifts brought forth
when their time has been spent

Though
I do not believe
 that
 a plant will spring up
where no seed has been,
I have great faith in a seed.
 Convince me
that you have a seed there,
and
 I am prepared
 to expect wonders.
Henry David Thoreau

Before the seed
there comes
the thought of bloom.

dry seeds scatter
from my hand into the wind
one clings
as if to say
 there is in me
something yet to be

The seed is
hope
 the flower is
 joy

Within the seed's case
a secret is held
Its fertile whisper
shapes a song

Flowers and fruit
are only the beginning.
In the seed
lies the life and the future.

I miss my garden. Loved working out there and getting my hands dirty. Those fresh vegetable juices were well worth it.
