"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

mama...its spring right~

Into each life
some rain must fall,
some days
must be dark and dreary.”
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

just a moment
before having to leave the house
 we heard
the wind whipping
the rain pounding
we ran to the window
 to see what was happening

one wee little one shreiks

"its HAILING"

i took a deep breath
releasing my frustrations
just as soon as i exhaled the last of my breath
to wonder and amazement
it all came to a hault

we crawled to the car
not knowing what our adventure would bring
me filled hope
as all is coming to an end
(lessons that is...music and art...for summer break)

they say
thee eyes tell all
and this little eye saw mr. sun

one older one
has just enough time
to slip from the car
and into the building
before it began again...

the blue sky slowly went away
being covered in shades so dark and gray

the pretty clear images we once saw
became blurred by rain drops once again more
soon the town painted a dreary wet scene

minute by minute
one wee little and i
sat in silence
listening to the rhythm of the rain

dibble...dibble...dop...dopp

"mama LOOK!"

do you see
do you see

i see
i see

i do

you do?

good ol' mr. sun
is NOT going down without a fight

slowly
 bits of blue
were making there way

"the sky mama...the sky"

"mama...its spring right"

"yep"

"so why is it raining?"

raining...

"its not raining!"

one little one sits in silence
looks back out the window

one wee little one
knows
 fully what they just saw

"MMAAMMAAAAA"

i can easily frustrate one little one

ok
*giggle*
maybe some

60 some minutes had ticked on by

one older one comes walking out
with their head held
looking up at the sky

~what a day mama...what a day~
