with the ones you

days can be stressful
hectic
feelings of losing control
with what you hold in your hands

who surround you
seem to take the pain
your emotions
we forget at times
and
frustrations come pouring out
i have learned
that though we may not mean too
we seem to take our own personal issues
out on the ones we l♥ve
simply because they are there
they are the ones who surround us day to day
