played with another recipe yesterday...i had long forgotten snickerdoodles...
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Cream together
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs (add one at a time)
2 tsp half and half
Mix until fluffy...Add
2 3/4 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Mix until incorporated
Chill dough
Scoop tablespoon drops on to sheet
Bake 8~10 mins
Cool and store in glass container

OMG!!! Snickerdoodles!!! Dare I say how long it has been since I had one? Thanks for the recipe. I'd stopped baking since I just don't have the room in this kitchen, but I have been saving a lot of recipes for future reference.

Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite cookies.... I love making them and eating them even more.... it has been so long since I have done so... yet with no one to eat them as much...it seems they all end up in me...
