"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets you in the way of what others think..."

My photo
if i could use one word to describe my life SERENDIPITY seems to fit the space... i stumbled upon my husband during a time i shouldn't have and my story goes on from there... constantly falling or stumbling upon remarkable gifts and people who bring fortune to our lives... when we fall we learn and strive toward the next step.

little one asks~

why so foggy dis mornin mama?

Fog is a cloud which is in contact with the ground. Much like clouds in the sky, fog forms when the air becomes supersaturated, meaning that it can no longer hold moisture in the form of vapor. As a result, water precipitates out of the air, forming a fine mist of water droplets. If the air becomes saturated enough, the droplets will turn into drizzle or rain.

“Truth is the torch that gleams through the fog without dispelling it.”
Claude Adrien Helvetius

“Derive happiness in oneself
from a good day's work,
from illuminating the fog that surrounds us.”
Henri Matisse

“The best ammunition against lies is the truth,
there is no ammunition against gossip.
It is like a fog and the clear wind blows it away
and the sun burns it off.”
Ernest Hemingway

Most consequential choices involve shades of gray,
 and
some fog is often useful in getting things done.
Timothy Geithner

I was so pleased to wake up before the sun this morning and see the thick fog outside -- it's like a big, thick blanket.

Love the pix!

I love the photos, darlin. I can imagine how cool that mist would feel on my face and imagine what it must smell like, standing under those trees. Very pleasant images to rest my heart with and meditate on this evening.

Gorgeous. I like to sit and read in front of the window on foggy days, waiting to see if it lifts. It's so mysterious!
