in this morning
in this day
as the hours are upon us
and the length of day is of longing
may the minutes that pass before you
be filled with stillness in between
reflecting upon the days that have passed
on hoping for those to come
remembering the time of dark
remembering that light will come
brightness is brinking seeking the horizon
in the the dawning of this day
