19 degrees this morning....
where did this cold front come from....i feel as if fall was here and gone and suddenly it is 19 degrees outside. don't get me wrong i LOVE all seasons and can hardly ever wait to celebrate each of them....i LOVE snow and wish for snow....i LOVE the lights at night...i LOVE silver and white....i LOVE the trees coated with morning frost.....twinkling ever so softly....i LOVE fires roaring in our fireplace...I LOVE the smell of crisp cold freshness outside..i LOVE watching my children breath the air and watch as they exhale seeing their life go out into the world...i LOVE the sunrises and sunsets...i LOVE the darkness...i LOVE embracing time spent together in the quietness...i LOVE candles burning bright...i LOVE baking...oh the smells of sweet treats...i LOVE comforting nourishing foods that the coldness helps create...i LOVE long hot candlit bathes....i LOVE bundling up in warm snuggly clothes....i LOVE the mood the evades from the spirit of the holidays...oh there is so many things i LOVE...heres to the coming of ol' man winter!
